Spring Forward 2016: Tasting Better Than Ever

Spring Forward 2016 is going to be bigger and better than ever before! The team at The Bond is partnering with their exclusive caterer, The JDK Group, to roll out the best possible menu for this awesome event. Our mouths are watering reading the menu, so we wanted to share it with you and give a sneak peak of these delicious options, as well!


There will be a wide variety of butlered hors d’oeuvres being passed around to kick off the event. Of the five selections, one of our personal favorites made it to this list…two different varieties of push pops. Don’t be mistaken by the name, these hors d’oeuvres are by no means a colorful candy! The first is a Citrus Infused Crab Push Pop with a papaya and mango salsa. The second featured-pop will be a savory “Cheesecake” Pop, which will have candied walnuts, green grapes and Lancaster farm fresh Co-op Goat Cheese!

Scattered around the venue space will be an assortment of stationed hors d’oeuvres, one being a Chef Tendered “Small Plate” Dinner Station. This station will feature Seared Miso Glazed Tenderloin Medallions, served with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables. There will also be tasty Roasted Eggplant Rolls as a vegetarian option available. A Pub-Inspired Station will be designed, offering assorted Gourmet Flatbread Pizzas. With such a wide variety of flavors and toppings, these are always a crowd favorite!



An addition that we are particularly excited about is the Salad Sphere station. This station has an unique and creative design with hanging salad spheres suspended in the air. Two different varieties of salads will be prepared; a Fresh Herb Berry Salad and a Seasonal Garden Salad. This station is guaranteed to be appealing to the eye and the stomach!

Is your stomach grumbling yet? Well, you better make sure you save room for dessert! There will be plenty of sweet options to choose from. The one that we want you to get especially excited for is the chef tendered “Flaming Donut” station! This station will be ‘torched to order’ with guests having the choice between an Apple Pie Donut or PB&J Donut. Choose your favorite, or better yet, have both!
